I have several health improvement goals. In order of importance to me, I want to: 1) Reduce smoking and eventually quit completely. 2) Start exercising 5X a week 3) Eat more healthfully to decrease my LDL 4) Cut down my alcohol consumption which is totally tied into my smoking. 5) Meditate daily 6) Spend more time in nature 7) Attend musical and cultural events
