Hi! First, it is always a good idea to empty an ostomy before getting on board. Second, request an aisle seat so you have easy access. I always bring sanitizing wipes in a small baggie and deodorant spray, just in case. When emptying an ostomy in a small space, I always sit down and get rid of it as I normally would.
