I have depression & anxiety I woke up this morning with a pounding heart & skipped beats some lightheadness could this be anxiet

All the symptoms are typical of anxiety, Pacots.

However, without knowing your medical history it is impossible to say if this is the most likely cause. If you have not had a full physical recently, or are at high risk for cardiovascular disease I suggest you consult a doctor. People with anxiety and depression get physical diseases too.

There are other potential illnesses beside cardiovascular disease that can produce the symptoms you've listed, but it is likely that these are anxiety related. Are you being treated for anxiety, Pacots? If not, I urge you to seek treatment. Anxiety disorders tend to worsen over time and become more difficult to treat.
