I graduated with a nutrition degree in June at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and currently working full time. I'm 5'1.5 and 115 lbs. I used to weight 125lbs. How did I lose the lbs? Just by being more educated about the food I eat allow me to make smart choices. Also staying active by taking stairs instead of elevator, taking walks during lunch, standing instead of sitting when I commute, also jogging around lake merced once per week (no time during week days).
