My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.

that is tobys sister christy, prestons mom. it is hard to tell with the tiny picture.  the teaq is a detox tea from sugar. it helps you get over the physical cravings so its not as hard to quit.  did you google that video?

good job!  there are some other workout videos that i bet you would like i think the guys name is Shaun b. he does dancing moves to hip hop music. google it and check it out. i dont have them cause i m not much of a dancer but it looks really fun. i can get you a discount on them if you are interested. i think they are called rockin body. i know you can do this. dont forget to drink your water and dont beat yourself up if you slip, its okay.  just dont quit your kids need you when your older and so do we so lets make it happen this time.

yeah, im so glad you joined this site.  you will be able to log all your progress and see how well you are doing.  did you do your 15 min today? :)  im going to hold you accountable girl!
