I have been facing muscle spasms and twitches which are like needles pinned on to my muscles quite freqently comes and goes since 5years and some times it.I have severe gastric acidity problem,when ever i use any sedative drugs like rantidine i feel good with no spasms or needles pinning on my muscles.could you tell me what is the problem for this..When i standup it vanishes, when i sleep in the middle of the night some times all my hands and legs get numb and
