Multiple Sclerosis, Fatigue, and I Don't Want To Play Anymore

Posted Jun 13 2009 12:38am
I'm tired. I'm always tired. I'm tired of being tired. My hands are really being affected for some reason and I don't like it. It's not fair to have both your hands and feet pulled into this. Give me a break and pick just one, man I'm telling you. I remember playing softball about 15 years ago and running to first base. That was the first time I remember dragging my right foot. Was that really me? Did I ever do those things? I think I did? It's hard to remember when I fell up the steps today, walked into a door, and fell into the stove. I didn't see it this way.

The boy got his stitches out today. The doctors seem to have done a good job, it looks so much better then it did when he took off the bandage the first time. He has to work at getting the finger to straighten out, but it's his bowling hand, so I'm confident he will do the exercises.

It's bed time here. I'm not sleepy, I'm just so damn tired I can't stand it. To top things off, my back is killing me. I tried to push myself yesterday and do some things outside, it was beautiful here on Sunday! That's what I get for trying to get back in the game!
