Well it is now offical...I am a real, certified resident of Washington.
I finally went and obtained my Washington State driver's license. The Foster Parenting Police think I should have one since I have lived here for almost two years.
Geez, some people.
*I have been a registered voter all along but just not a licensed driver. It never really mattered because Charley and I work together so I never REALLY drove anywhere.*
(It is the first time in my life that I do not have an Arizona License and that seems sad to me. Odd. And sad.)

Yes...the lack of an Arizona drivers' license is an indication of great change in your life. Makes you kind of let go of some things that you probably held onto a little too tightly. But think of the trade-in value of that little scrap of plastic! You are about to embark on a path to such wonderful fulfillment. A decent trade, I'd say... Lisa :-]

It's funny how these little things, like a drivers license, assume such a big place in our mind. I remember fretting over my unused address labels and checks the last time we contemplated a move.

I am still using my Arizona license that doesn't expire until I am like 65 or something! But, yes, I have to go do that, too...get a WA one...JAE

I am having a hard time relinquishing my Colorado License also since we moved back home to Alabama, so I completely understand. I soooooo want to be back in Colorado!
