I'm in a wheelchair and had a little electric bike that I could peddle from the chair . It broke - any idea where I can get one

I'd even be intereated in the upright bikes that you roll your chair into or anything that exercises your legs - I have the manual one for legs and arms but it's really hard on my legs - have to lift one
