A couple days ago I sent out an email asking all of you what the top three biggest problems are in your life right now that you most want solved. Well first I’d like to thank everyone who responded. It was a really powerful experience to hear from so many people at once about what is going on for them. Though the answers were varied, the “greatest hits” were apparent immediately. Many of you are struggling with fatigue, balance, weight issues, money, and getting and staying on a healing diet. In fact, what to eat, how to prepare it, how to afford it, and how to stay on the diet in the midst of a busy life were the most popular problems mentioned.
The reason I sent the email out is because I want to know what issues you need and want solved so I can focus my attention on being of the greatest service possible. And so, I’ve decided based on your responses that I’m going to create an inexpensive, step-by-step, comprehensive, patient-expert’s guide to get you on the diet, creating easy, quick, and yummy meals, and staying on track despite social events, financial challenges, feeling sick and depressed, and not knowing or maybe even liking to cook.
And the good news is that if we start by addressing what we put in our bodies, the major issues many of you are dealing with, like fatigue, balance, and weight loss, will begin to resolve themselves in the process. So, I’m gonna get crackin’ on making this happen as soon as possible. But I wanted to first say thank you for participating and sharing your thoughts and your life with me. I know there is a lot of suffering out there, but if there’s one thing I learned in these last few days, it’s that none of us are alone.
