CranioSacral Therapy, High Cost of Gas and Groceries, and a Heavy Duty Scooter

CranioSacral therapy, anybody heard of it? I think they check your Sacral, the one in your Cranio? OK, I admit it, I don't know much about it, but the people that do seem to have mega confidence in it. Saw a video about how well it was working for this one gal with MS, but she is also taking some pretty big meds, how does she know? Looking to gather as much info as possible, any help here will be a bonus.
We are in what I call empty the freezer mode. We have so much food in there, can't tell what we gots! Pork shoulder yesterday, chicken in the crock pot today, who knows what tomorrow brings. I know food and gas are expensive! We buy all our groceries, and our gasoline with a credit card, pay off the balance at the end of the month. Last few months it's been right around 900 clams, and I only leave the house about every 6 or 7 days! I'm thinking this whole MS thing is saving me a fortune, because if I was out and about too, we'd be broke!
Speaking of travel, considering if it's time to get a scooter, one of those ones they bombard you about on television. Was worried if they came in a size befitting my stature, but I saw this woman the other day, just let me say, I'm fine! Don't need one around the house right now, but things like the grocery store, the mall, and anything that's more than just a quick jaunt, it may be in order. Here's the thing, don't want to get used to certain things, or worse yet, dependent.
