Shell Beach, CA is where I live with my beautiful, yet crazy, four year old daughter.  The wine industry pays the bills for me.  I'm a national brand manager for Byron Vineyard and Winery and Kinton wines.  I love food and I love to cook.  Yoga keeps me in shape - it changed my life actually.  Did I mention I teach yoga too.......
