I've been really focused and  working on my health for the last nine months. I have gone from an unhealthy 178 lbs to a healthy 135lbs. Doc said I'm his star patient!. I have a written goal to reach 125lbs by Dec 30 of this year. Hoping blood work comes back with excellent ratio's.
