Blog and I would like to welcome you to the official opening of The Healthy Living Lounge - Wellbeing tool box. Blog and I have finally got our act together. We couldn’t agree for a while but now we have. Yeah me! Yeah blog!

All inspiration and ancient wisdoms offeredare drawn from my experiences and studies that I have passionately enjoyed or personally witnessed over the past 20 years. I will always be exploring the new so you can expect this tool box to expand naturally as blog and I evolve happily together.

The wellbeing tool box is a permanent feature at the top of each page (have a look) its right next to my Women’s Rejuvenation Retreat in Bali.

It’s there just for you in those times when a little healthy living sanity is needed.
