Yoga Update

I've tapered off for the past 6 weeks which is probably not a good thing. Unfortunately, my schedule has just been crazy. Isn't that usually the time you need yoga. hee hee

Since I'm about a month away from half marathon training and in the middle of holiday craziness, I will make sure to get back on the mat soon. I'm going to check out a Yoga for Runners class and probably purchase an at home DVD.
