Personal Confession:

I got a bit of shock when writing this article today as I suddenly realized it had been months since I actually allocated a whole day to myself. I’m off right now to schedule some important juicy rejuvenating things I can do for a whole day while the kids are at school. My first choice is Kiva Spa at Mullumbimby.

Those are some great points, and I like the fact you added a specific formula too. I've been doing well on the 1/2 day a week, and 1 day a month, but need to improve on the daily routine.

You know, I've been trying to allot an entire day a week to only doing things that I feel serve me spiritually and emotionally. It's extremely rejuvenating and life-affirming. Sometimes I get into these spells of depression and self-loathing, but finding the time to recharge fills me with confidence and exuberance.
