my right calf muscle has been sore and the pain has now extended beyond the calf and into my lower quad and i have soreness in the hip. also, i have achy biceps and a little numbness on all of the right side. this has all progressed over the past three days. also, i have had a minor headache, more like pressure for the past few days. i'm not sure what to do, but i am worried. so far, i have just been taking advil for the pain and to ensure blood flow.
no record of health problems.
last year suffered from fainting spells in hot shower twice in three months, diagnosed as vagus nerve reaction.
