What I Ate [Winter Break] Wednesday

Whelp, there’s always a first for everything.  Me: a sinus infection…  Yuck, I’m not a fan!  My glands are the size of grapefruits, my throat is red and raw, my nose is running a marathon, and my ears are clogged.

The next few days I plan to consume lots of Advil and antibiotics, citrus, coffee and tea, oatmeal and soup, throat lozenges, and fro-yo [ohhh Ryan *wink, wink*].  It’s nothing too exciting compared to my holiday break eats :(

Today…  #elf4Health 1/2 Day 38:  Set a new fitness goal.  To train hard and to stay healthy, mentally and physically.

Tomorrow…  #elf4Health 1/3 Day 39:  Eat at least THREE food groups at each meal today.

Question:  What’s the best thing that you’ve eaten recently?  I’d have to say the burritos we made for Christmas Eve dinner!

Question:  Coffee or tea?  I’m definitely a coffee drinker in the morning, but lately I’ve been enjoying a cup of Celestial’s Candy Cane Lane tea in evenings…
