What do you love about the holidays? In no particular order these are my favorite things:
Decorations – the lights, the trees all of it
Time with family
A time for giving
A time for celebration
A time for reflecting
Keeping warm by the wood stove
The start of a brand new chapter and a brand new year.
A time to eat my favorite homemade chocolate covered peanut butter candies
1 stick margarine
1 ½ cup peanut butter
4 cups confectioner (powdered) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz chocolate chips
¼ slab paraffin wax (found in baking aisle)
Cream all but chocolate chips and wax. Roll into balls, about 1 inch. Chill approximately 8 hours or overnight.
Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Dip peanut butter balls with spoon into chocolate. Place on wax paper lined baking sheet. Chill another 8 hours or overnight.
What do you love about the holiday season?
Wishing you a happy, healthy and celebratory holiday season! See you just before the new year.

So often the holidays are filled with stress – cooking, cleaning, shopping. This year I compiled the tips and articles I’ve written over the past few years into a free pdf called “How to Feel Good About the Holidays and Get More Presence”. You can download it free by clicking here .
