I’ve been busy googling for some info on how to lower LDL in the last few days after collecting my blood test results. The results showed that I have escalating LDL, something which bothers me every now and then, due to past medical history.
I had found some useful info that advised me on what are the good and bad fats. The strange thing is, I don’t consume that much bad fats in my diet so I suspect it’s my body’s ability to metabolize what I ate. As my search for more info continues, I can never thank God enough for technology, which offered so much useful info whenever I need it. Many people use it to find health info, employee handbook software , parenting tips, recipes… and the list goes on. The interesting thing is, there isn’t a day where I find myself not using the web as a reference point!
