Picture yourself having a morning sessions of very restful therapeutic yoga (encouraging your organs, muscles and cells to let go and replenish), mindful breathing ( bringing more breath, oxygen and energy flow into your body) and other deeply relaxing and restorative practices. No yoga experience needed whatsoever. If you can lay on your back, rest on a bolster then you can enjoy restorative yoga.
Swim, lunch and book by the pool or perhaps you’re into shopping. The Ubud markets are fabulous.
Lunchtime is your free time to do whatever your heart desires.
Then, I’ll whisk you away every afternoon for a very specialized daily massage/spa treatment each afternoon.
Yep, daily massage, every afternoon.
And not just any old massage or spa treatment.
After six years of offering retreats in Ubud, Bali I’ve hand picked what I believe to be the best, the most divine, healing Ayurvedic body treatments and Balinese massages to be had in Ubud.
Flower baths, tumeric body scrubs, double Balinese massage, Ayurvedic spa treatments such as Kati Basti and Chakra Dhara where warmed oil is dripped onto key energy points in your body over two and a half hours.
