On a dinner table, I started chatting with an 18 year old teenager who whipped out his latest iPhone gadget from his pocket to record down my email address. This 18 year old boy is a grand-nephew of my husband and I could tell by his possession of digital gadgets that he is up to date with technology.

I found that I had much to learn from a young boy with regards tobluetooth headsetssince I had never owned one myself. He started explaining to me the different types ofbluetooth accessoriesand their selling points while my mind was just racing on thoughts onElektrosmog, which refers to pollution by electromagnetic radiation. All my business friends are seen with these headsets for convenience and safety while driving on the road. I hope you are not one of those who still talk on the cell phone when you are behind the wheels.

Whenever I’m on my cell phone for a reasonable amount of time, I can feel the discomforts in my ears. Perhaps, a bluetooth headset may help to eliminate that. Then again, you may like to get a RayGuard to protect yourself from the harmfulness of this unnatural fields and radiation, which are not invisible and odorless. Electromagnetic fields can come from electricity, televisions, microwave ovens, mobile phones and other electrical equipment.

I think I read a story on Yahoo! news about how a lot of the paranoia around cellular phones and electromagnetic fields from televisions, etc. is hype (there was also something about this in the recent O! magazine issue), but I haven't done enough research to know whether this is true or not. I just know that being around my computer for a long time can make me feel headachey and nauseous, but not sure where this stems from. It is of course important to be vigilant about your health and notice slight shifts that may be dependent on what is in your environment.
