Stay on the yoga wagon

Every, literally, every time I go to yoga I'm glad. I've been trying to get more flexible so I don't get injured and yoga is the best way I've found. Not to mention how relaxing it is.

I feel this way about yoga, too. Also the gym. The most difficult part about yoga or going to the gym is the actual "getting there," motivating yourself to not pass in favor of taking a nap or getting drinks with friends or vegging out in front of the television. I think it's crucial to remind yourself of just HOW good it feels to emerge from an hour of yoga--that could very well be the fuel that keeps you going.
