It is that time of year, time to get your body ready for Spring. I know, I know, it is still Winter, but Spring is a mere four or so weeks away. Chinese medicine is all about preparation and it is time to get prepared.
What do I do? Well here are some suggestions. Start planning how you will eat differently during springtime. Start thinking about allergies, now is the time to start preparing & strengthening your defenses against them. Start planning an exercise routine that will take you outdoors so that you will be able to absorb the energies of rebirth and renewal.
Make appointment with your acupuncturist to start getting your energies moving and in balance. Get a massage to work out those stiff muscles and to start limbering up for spring garden work.
