Last month I taught a Mat class with bands. Some of the exercises are even better w. Bands such as the Hundred. How many of you see your clients using the pecs to beat the Hundred. The Hundred w. BBU’s unique use of the band makes you use your triceps. Other unique ways of the bands can simulate the leg springs. There were some fun partnering exercises that makes you use your whole body. BBU – Small Ball Magic 11/13/2009 ?Friday 5:00pm to 8:00pm Make boredom disappear and health and vitality return using 2″, 5″ and 13″ balls for classes that stimulate, educate, strengthen and release. Whether you want to loosen a tight spot, strengthen a weak one or add energy to the whole body, small balls can speed you on your way.
