Lump in throat, shortness of breath, indigestion?

For the last week, I have had these moments when my throat feels like it has a lump in it and I can't seem to breathe well...taking deep breaths every few minutes to help compensate for the shortness of breath.  I have also had a lot of indigestion.  Usually, this happens in the evening time when I am going to sleep.
