Look Great Naked Abs - Review

Posted Jun 14 2008 8:01am 2 Comments

Look Great Naked Abs - ReviewNothing goes with summer like some sexy abs. Last weekend I decided to give theLook Great Naked Absvideo a shot, I try to practice as manybeYOU.tvvideos as I can. Look Great Naked Abs consists of 3 8-minute ab workouts. I only did one workout and it was intense. The workouts contain 3 exercises each, usually 2 core ones and 1 for your sides. I didn’t think 3 exercises would cut it for me, but they do - this is a challenging workout. If you’re want work your core or are looking for a new abs workout, Look Great Naked Abs is for you.

Clear some space on your floor, visit beYOU.tv or watch the video below and get ready to work your abs!

P.S. the girls are just icing on the cake.

You are correct Nirmala. It is not possible to spot-reduce adipose tissue. Rather it comes off in sheaths and each of us holds "stores" in different locations. If one's belly happens to be the last outpost in that body for adipose tissue then one would have to lean up the muscle mass all over before shedding that layer.

In that person, ad nauseum abdominal work - which oddly enough tends to be more focused on hip flexors rather than the four abdominal muscles - would build the underlying muscles but do virtually nothing to reduce fat tissue in the omentum (without the use of stringent dietary work and higher caloric bur which may include cardio.

I always thought you couldn't really do spot exercises for places like your abs, where toning is more dependent on overall cardio?
