Most of us realize that vitamins and minerals are essential for good health, but do you know how much your body needs? In the medical and nutritional industry, there are many opinions about the guidelines we should follow. If you notice on any vitamin bottle, there is the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA). I often wondered about that because to me, it seems it is a 'one size fits all'
