Restful restorative yoga, meditation and walking retreat:
As I’m about to facilitate another couple of Rest and Rejuvenation Retreats in Ubud, Bali my energies are mostly “retreat ” focused at the moment so I thought I’d let you know about a retreat I have coming up in Europe next year. Hope you don’t mind me sharing all the nourishing, relaxing and rejuvenating details with you -I’m just a little bit excited.
In case you didn’t know my Rest and Rejuvenation Retreats in Europe and Bali are my absolute joy and passion. Without a doubt. I feel incredibly blessed being able to do this for a living.
My retreats are all about you – giving yourself permission to surrender the fatigue, stress, worry and energy imbalances. No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Everyone and any age is welcome (each retreat has a great mix of ages). If you can lay on your yoga mat you can enjoy restful restorative yoga, therapeutic breathing and simple meditation. All retreats are perfect for women, men and couples who want to get away from it all, feel exhausted, overworked, lost connection with self, experiencing health issues or simply need to some time out to rest, replenish and rejuvenate – not to mention soaking yourself in Tuscan culture and countryside.
If you feel drawn to Italy and would love to join me in Tuscany for 7 days then please read on. My retreats are always small (I prefer it that way) and they do fill quickly. So, if you were thinking of coming please let me know sooner rather than later so you are not disappointed. I receive enquiries most days. Yeah!
It’s all about the practice of daily intentional rest through:
* very gentle restorative yoga to deeply rest the mind and body, calm the nerves, balance hormones and strengthen the immune system
* therapeutic breathing to release fatigue, stress and balance scattered energies (includes pranayama’s and mantra’s) and fuel your cells and organs with more oxygen.
* yoga nidra meditation to calm the mind, clear blocks and heighten internal guidance and intuition
* Know that in addition I’ll also be supporting you with hands on reiki, therapeutic flower essence blends that I have personally made along with special essential oils and energy clearing sprays all aimed at deepening your relaxation experience.
Couple all of the above with afternoons of guided walks or cycling through local Tuscan countryside, villages and culture for a calmer, healthier and happier you. There’s also a couple of free afternoons to nourish yourself in whatever way you choose.
Your individual needs are taken into total consideration so I can maximize your rest and rejuvenation experience. It would be my absolute honour and pleasure to support you to the best of my ability.
What participants say about my retreats:

I highly recommend this retreat to anyone” Nyesha, Australia, Physiologist and Counsellor 2011
