i have a red bump on my chest underneath my breastbone. what could that possibly be?

none of those categories fits my description. i just recently had a cold. i do have acute bronchitis and i usually get that once a year. only when i got it this time, i noticed this bump on me. i'm not sure if it's related or not. what do you suggest?
