Regular exercise helps a person stay fit and healthy, those doing regular exercise along with a combination of good balanced diet feel energetic all day long. Therefore, it is very essential to exercise on a daily basis. It can be of any type- whatever suits your body- be it running, aerobics, jogging, swimming, cycling or fast or slow walking.
