Good but Better [WIAW]

I’m keeping it short and sweet tonight.  My plans to post this morning were put on hold due to pancake experimentation and thank goodness I did because Peanutty Flax Pancakes were created.  Recipe coming soon ;)

Better:  vanilla eggnog coffee

Good:  pumpkin puree

Better:  pumpkin pie pancakes

Good: a homemade lunch

Better:  eating lunch at home

Good:  a hard cast

Better:  minor bruising and minimal swelling

Good:  an afternoon pick-me-up

Better:  a peanut butter frosted pita with super spicy pumpkin seeds

Good:  convenient frozen foods

Better:  chicken parm style salad and peanutty sweet potato rice cakes

Good:  Apple Crumb VitaTops

Better:  an Apple Crumb VitaTop with a dollop of whipped cream

Today…  #elf4Health 12/5 Day 10:  Pack a healthy snack & pack extra for a friend!  Creamy and crunchy, spicy and sweet, snack today was tasty!

plain Chobani sweetened with stevia + super spicy pumpkin seeds on top of rice cakes

Tomorrow…  #elf4Health 12/6 Day 11:  Lets lift weights! Try an exercise you’ve never done today.  I’ve got running on my mind…
