Get More Flexible With Yoga

I did yoga with a friend of mine in August, we were at about the same level. Since then I have been doing loads of yoga several times a week. Over the weekend I did yoga with my friend again and it was the first time I realised just how much I have improved because it made me see where I was a few months ago. I felt like a spider. If you want to get flexible...Yoga is the answer and I am proof!!

Good for you! Yes, I have found that regular yoga has definitely made a difference for me as well. Heck, I'm so much more flexible now than I was in my 20s. It used to be that I could not touch my toes. Now, while I can't fold myself in half, I can at least grab the balls of my feet with my hands and keep my legs straight. For me, that's progress!
