Breakfast Without the Green

It’s the last WIAW of March and I failed to incorporate any green into my breakfast yesterday, but I did enjoy…

TJ’s Very Berry Cherry Blend, egg [a hidden yolk] topped with feta cheese, & Van’s waffles topped with plain Chobani + pumpkin puree + cinnamon + stevia

I’m not ashamed, it tasted.so.good – pumpkin should be more than just a fall flavor :D   Surely I could have added a handful of spinach to my eggs but I packed a spinach salad for lunch and knew that there would be many veggies consumed during dinner…  Anddd there was plenty green going on in the background – a complete 360 from Monday’s snowy surprise .  Dare I say, spring has sprung?!
