So, in my ever evolving journey to live a life - as stress free as possible - I am sharing with you, what I believe to be a collection of worthy, thought provoking quotes on stress.   This post is intentionally simple, short and very stress free.

 

As an old Chinese proverb says “Tension is who you think you should be.  Relaxation is who you are”.  How awesome is that.  Enjoy.
