I'm a GSB student from Japan. I used to take packed trains and walk to office, and eat healthy Japanese food everyday. BUT, since I came here, I never walk but drive, have no time to work out due to the workload, and keep eating junk food.... an d I gained a lot of weight!! I need to get out of this heavy body.... LET ME OUT!
