What might cause a constant dull headache (lasting a week) with mild to moderate nausea without vomiting?

I wake up with the headache everyday. I have not taken very much medication as it seems to do very little. I am constantly slightly nauseated, with worse periods of about 30 min but I never actually vomit. I have no appetite.
