what does it mean when the left temple twitches and right temple and right eye has a sharp throbing pain in them?

I get a throbing pain in my right templ and eye all the time and then my left temple will start to twitch but the twitching will last for a long time is theis something that can have a bad effect on my brain or is it not that serious?
