New Migraine and Headache Disorder Support Group in Western NY

If you live in western New York state, you'll want to check out this new support group for people with Migraine and other headache disorders. Patient educator and advocate Nancy Harris Bonk and the National Headache Foundation have joined forces to for this group, which will meet for the first time on Tuesday, April 19, at 7:00 p.m. The location for the meeting is All Care for Women at 6095 Transit Road; East Amherst, New York.

Ms. Bonk comments:

"Although there is plenty of wonderful online support, another valuable tool is a community support group. These support groups are cathartic in that they allow people to share similar experiences and coping skills in a compassionate setting, supply group members with up to date information and education on Migraine disease and headache disorders in addition to hearing from guest speakers."
