My Daughter has a tenderness on the Occipital bone of the skull what could be the cause of it and whcich medical specialty to ?

She has tenderness of the on the occipital bone and it is so soft at that particular place the CT Scan and MRI and the blood tests have given her a clean bill but she has constant pain in her head,she is taking painkillers if any doctor can advice.thanks,tatheer
