I have taken Ambien for some time and have now stopped. I have round the clock extremely painful headaches, with ringing in my ears and popping sounds in my head. I am desparate for help. Even after stopping the side effects continue without let up. I have read on the internet that they can go on for 2+ years after stopping Amien. Do you have any steps to help me. thank you. Virginia
