I was told i was having migranes last summer, now I have pain in my elbows, wrist, some times sholder and back.

it's usually on one side or the other. I don't always have the pains but most nights i do. I also have a odd "crashing of waves" sound in my ear every so often with pain of elbows. I was just wondering if this is part of the migranes or the migranes are part of something else?
