I would not wait any longer! Make an appointment to see your doctor right away. If this has gone on for this long, it's not going away by itself.
It doesn't matter about headaches, many things could be going on since you have waited 3 months in this much pain.
Let me know how it turns out with your doctor....

Wow, any trauma to the head should be looked at immediately. Therefore, run, not walk, to your doctor's office and tell him or her what is going on. Obviously, this is not going to go away.

i was hit on the right rear side of my head over three months ago and there is still a rather large lump on my head! it is very painful to the touch, even the slightes touch sends an enormous amount of pain down to the base of my neck/skull! i do n ot get headaches from it, only the spot itself hurts!
