No way is this Neuralgia which is like lightening bolts of hot seering pain melting your skin off your face or feeling olike an obscess on eevry single tooth, and making you want to faint which can last minutes or hours and hours and hours. Sounds like you have an ear infection to me which is nothing like Trigeminal Neuralgia.
