I suffer from migraines and and I'm experincing numbness and tingling on the whole left side of my face

 while I have the migraine I have this puffiness( like if you were to get stung by a bee and you get the swelling around the bite) that's what it looks like above my eyebrow. Even after the migraine is gone I still have the numbness puffiness and tingeling on the left side of my face, it also looks more tense then the right side. Is this something I should be concerned about?
