I'm 16 and I get migraines alot, and I was wondering what a good home remedy was to relive the pain?

Headache medicine usually doesnt work for me and I tried caffine but it didnt seem to help very. And also it has to be a thing that I can do in school becaue I'm never really sure when I'm going to get a Migraine.
