Did your Dr. say that you could have a sinus that has collapsed? I was recently having the same headaches and vision problems. The  headaches wouldn't deminish and I am the type of person that tenses up with headaches creating aches in my shoulders and headache in the back of my head. I had a CT scan and the Dr. said that I have Silent Sinus Syndrome. A rare disorder that is caused by a rupture in the wall of a sinus and in my case my eye is weighing down on my sinus and I have just begun to have vision problems and slight eye drooping.
