I work in a call centre and my job involves me takings calls using headphones. I rejoined the industry after 1 and a half year and now whenever i take calls within half an hour i develop an earache and headache simultanoeusly and worsens if i do not stop taking calls...I have been to a ENT specialist who confirmed a normal audiogram test. Also did not specify my condition as anything in particular...Another one informed i may have developed a hypersensitivity to headphones and sound...please help its affecting my job and i need to take a decision accordingly...Thank you
