i have a constant headache with high blood pressure (150+/105+), my midsection has swelled up and i have gained weight only in the last year without a major diet change. in face, i eat less but still gain weight. i do walk, but, the midsection is putting stess on my internals. what is causing all this? i was thin a year ago at 118lbs. i am 160 now. need help.
