Migraine can have a lot of associated symptoms including gastrointestinal issues. Take a look at Anatomy of a Migraine for more information.
If your doctor isn’t able to help you, it may well be time to consult a Migraine and headache specialist. It’s important to note that neurologists aren’t necessarily Migraine and headache specialists. Take a look at the article Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special? If you need help finding a Migraine specialist, check our listing of Patient Recommended Migraine and Headache Specialists.
Good luck,

If it is related to has, then try drinking two table spoons full of mylanta or malox, if it has to do with gas, you'll feel better in less than half an hour.

I have had a migraines, pretty much on-going, for the last three weeks. I've been to my general practictioner twice, the Chiropractor and a neurologist. I've been experiencing a lot of gas too. Is there a connection? I'm really in pain and I need help.
